Shop background: Started by Jean, Handmake My Accessories majors in selling 100% hand-made accessories ranging from charm necklaces, charm bracelets, earrings, handphone and bag charms and even handmade clay beads by Jean herself.
Sam's Say: Jean has definitely got taste when it comes to making jewellery.
Unlike many other disappointingly crudely made and, worse, 2nd hand jewelley (that's just low, why would people buy 2nd hand jewellery???) Handmake My Accessories' jewellery spans from a creative combination of semi-precious stones to authentic quality silver rodium chains.
This immediately puts it up a class on the ladder of style, as we know that good quality material always counts in the final product. I myself have only had too much experience with this, being a fellow jewellery designer.
Jean's forte seems to lie within the inclusion of hand-wired elements in pendants. This is good, because she does it effectively and the wires gracefully complement the necklaces. Untidy wirework which designers pass off as 'hand-wired xxx' just irks me.
In all, a nice shop to visit with lovely eye candy. My only suggestion is that maybe tweak the layout a bit so that the side navigation buttons don't take as long to load!<----------Review Ends Here---------->
